A Seattle Times showcase describes that RISE Properties decided to release the two homes early “in response to homebuyer requests.” As Gary Blakeslee, vice president of RISE properties noted in the article, “our goal at RISE Properties is to build sustainable communities, and at Fort Lawton we hope to attract a mix of residents who appreciate this living legacy.” Blakeslee noted that the new buyers could enjoy their home in time for the approaching holidays. Interested parties are encouraged to preview the homes, open daily from 10am to 6pm.
The popular real estate blog Urbnlivn was the first to report on the new releases, sharing that the two homes, the sales center and model home, are currently listed with offers coming due Monday, November 16th. They also hinted that the next opportunity for buyers will come when the next two homes, the Allen plan will be released for sale on December 1st.
The Seattle PI also picked up the feature and referenced the pending sales on the two homes, the Jenott plan that were released back in October. Reporter Kirsten O’Brien commented that buyers are looking toward the future when more of these extraordinary offerings come onto the market.
Curbed Seattle likewise reported on the stately brick homes being released, describing that despite looking “like a piece of New England,” the locale in Discovery Park offers “views to the Olympics that prove you’re in Washington.”
